About Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS)
Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) has stamped itself as the main definitive platform for industries to expand opportunities into new markets in Malaysia and ASEAN. Participation of Invest Pahang to SIBS 2023
Invest Pahang acts as an investment gateway to promote, cordinate, facilitate and monitor domestic and foreign investment into Pahang. It was established and inaugurated by Chief Minister of Pahang in 2022, in affiliation with State Government Link Companies (S-GLC), State and Federal technical agencies as well as our investors companies.

Invest Pahang will have 7 exhibition that comprise of our S-GLC % Invest Pahang Affiliates (Industrial Park Manager) that will showcase and promote industry area for potential investment/development.
SIE F&B 2023
Alongside SIE (F&B) 2023, the 5th Selangor International Culinary Festival (SICF) will be the major feature of the exhibition, where prominent industry practitioners will converge, network, and compete healthily toward excellence. Invest Pahang will tap on this opportunity by bringing the Invest Pahang Affiliates as our exhibition for them to provide the F&B industry the channel to network, expand, learn and share knowledge towards business enhancement and development. Overall Invest Pahang will have 12 exhibitions.

Invest Pahang also interested expanding existence to delve into the mechanisms of existing and future smart city and digital economy frameworks and solutions.
SRIE 2023
Invest Pahang takes also will showcase their latest inventions and ideas to investors, manufactures and marketers in ASEAN and beyond from our affiliate companies and local universities in the exhibition. We also once to explore more opportunities like business networking, strategic partnership and co-investment in R&D.
SABC 2023
Representing the State of Pahang as the Chief Executive Officer of Pahang State Secretary Incorporated, Pn Haslina Binti Bahasan will be the third speaker on ravelling the sub issue of ‘Capitalising on Synergies: Maximising Malaysia-ASEAN Investment Potential’ in conjunction to the main theme of this year’s SIBS: ’Selangor, Epicentre of ASEAN: Leveraging Diversity, Catalysing Opportunity, Creating Prosperity’ on the second day of the programme (20th October 2023) at the Banquet Hall, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur from 3.45 PM until 5.00 PM. Other speakers alike such as Dato’ Dr Badrul Hisham bin Kassim – CEO, Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA), Datuk Madiyem Layapan – CEO, Invest Sabah Berhad and the Hon. Mr Teo Kok Seong – Negeri Sembilan State Executive Councillor for Industry and Non-Muslim Affairs, Malaysia will also be featured on giving their share of experiences and advices with Dr. Oh Ei Sun – Senior Fellow, Singapore Institute for International Affairs (SIIA) as the Moderator of the programme.
